Edit and save
Section titled “Edit and save”Tap Edit to change a note. Save stores thoughts in the local database. A toast appears when save finishes; it does not block the rest of the app.
Thoughts
Section titled “Thoughts”Each bullet, paragraph, checklist item, or heading is a thought.
- Enter at the end of a thought starts a new one. Extra empty lines are not kept.
- Enter in the middle splits the thought at the caret.
- The split tool lets you choose which side is new and assign it a category.
- Merge joins a run of adjacent thoughts.
Headings
Section titled “Headings”A heading folds the thoughts under it. Folded thoughts stay in the note; they are only hidden in the editor.
Categories
Section titled “Categories”Open a thought’s category chip to pick a category. That tint is what the graph uses to cluster thoughts.
