Commercial use
You can sell products that include MindChart if you follow AGPLv3 (including source disclosure for network use).
You need a commercial license when you want to:
- Keep derivative source closed
- Ship MindChart inside a proprietary app or appliance
- Avoid AGPL copyleft for a paying product
The MindChart name still cannot be used on a competing or rebranded product without permission. See Trademark.
